Payment of rent

The rent payment due date is on 3-5 day of the month. If you have problems paying your rent, contact your landlord quickly to reschedule your payment. If the rent is not paid, legal action will be taken to recover it and you will also have to pay legal fees, lose your home and have a credit record that makes it difficult to get a potential new rental property.
