Quality of water

We monitor water quality by taking water samples from different sampling points around every two months, in accordance with an approved monitoring program.

We will also report any abnormalities and repeat samples on this page. All the latest results are also available on the Technical Office notice board.

Water hardness is a frequently asked question. The range at the 3 sampling points in April 2024 was 0.45 – 0.98 mmo/l (= soft to medium hard).
On average, the network water was soft (0.75 mmo/l).
