MOVING OUT OF THE ACCOMMODATION YOU ARE RENTING AND GIVING NOTICE TO QUIT
The period of notice is one full month (in advance) and the last day of the month. The obligation to pay the rent and the tenancy will end on the last day of the following month. The keys must be handed over to the landlord and the tenant must check out of the apartment. On the day of handover, the apartment must be vacated and cleaned.
